Hello! My name is Louanna Fonnegra. I am a licensed marriage and family therapist. I have a specialization in Latino Family Systems. My experience has included working with children, adolescents, and young adults. I love working with adolescents! Adolescents are one of the misunderstood age groups and deserve to be heard. I have done community work which included trauma, domestic violence victims, victims of crime, child protective services, parenting, and immigration.

I currently work with all ages, providing individual, family and couples therapy and parenting education. My style includes Mindfulness Practice, Narrative, Art, Play and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

The relationship between therapist and client is individual and key to reaching your goals. My goal is to provide you a platform that feels safe and authentic without fear of judgement. I ask you many questions and challenge what has kept you stuck. Of course you are the “driver of the ship” and I ask that you feel comfortable to say “I am not ready to go there…” or “can we slow down…,” it is always your space.
